WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Minimum Order Value
• A minimum of $500 is required from merchants.


2. How to place orders
• Fill out the attached order form completely.
• Signature is required for payment authorization.
• Send completed form to orders@bjbhats.com.


3. Wholesale Pricing
• All prices are listed in US dollars per dozen.
• Prices are not negotiable.
• Merchandise is sold in a dozen quantities only.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.


4. MSRP/MAP
• Merchants are not bound by a strict figure/pricing formula.
• Recommended minimum retail pricing is 2-3 times of wholesale price per piece. (E.g. $5 wholesale price per piece should retail for at least $10-$15 or higher)
• Our recommendation is the bare minimum if merchants consider its own shipping/labor costs of the goods.

• Buyers carrying the same merchandise should not engage in unfair price practices such as price war, closeout sales, etc. in order to compete with one another. If such behavior is reported, the offending merchant will be revoked all future account access.


5. Payments
• Advance payments.
• Credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express) and EFT payments are accepted.
• Cash app such as Zelle/QuickPay are supported.
• All credit card payments currently do not incur a merchant fee.
• Checks, COD, money order payments are not accepted.
• If paying via EFT, please email us a remittance receipt as proof of payment.


6. Net 30 Terms
• Net D terms are not available.


7. Shipping

• Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. Merchants are responsible for shipping charges.

• Available shipping methods include: UPS for loose boxes, LTL freights for pallets.

• Shipping charges will be added onto invoice once merchandise has been weighted and needs to be paid in advance.
• All products are inspected prior to shipping to ensure quality standards. Buyer has to inspect packages immediately upon order arrival. We are not responsible for damages inflicted by carriers.
• Buyers with preferred carriers should notify us when placing an order.
• Buyers who wants to declare value for insurance should notify us when placing an order; otherwise declared value will be left blank.


8. Lead Time

• Please allow 2-3 business days from the time of your order for completion of items. Larger orders may require more time.


9. Backorders

• For simplicity reasons, out of stock items will be removed from the order and will not be back ordered.
• We will notify merchants for out of stock items once an order is placed.

10. Custom Orders
• An 80% deposit is required to place a custom order. The remaining 20% plus shipping charges will be due prior to shipping.
• Custom samples will be shown to buyer prior to mass production to ensure quality standards. Buyer will be responsible for sample fees if applicable.
• Production will begin once buyer is satisfied with sample and agrees to proceed. An 80% deposit will be required at this point to proceed.
• Custom orders will generally have a lead time of approximately 2-3 months and might be subject to change if uncontrollable events (natural disaster, port congestion etc.) happen. We will not be hold responsible for delays caused by such events.
• Finished orders will be shipped to our warehouse in NY prior to the buyer’s final destination to ensure a smooth customs clearance. Therefore, buyer will be responsible for shipping charges from our warehouse to the final destination.
• Custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once the deposit has been made.
• By making the 80% deposit, buyer agrees with the custom order terms stated above.


11. Claims/Returns
• Claims can only be made for defective goods under unused conditions with tags
attached. Merchants must notify us within 7 days of delivery to start a claim.
• Claims must be submitted via email (info@bjbhats.com) with supporting documents if
available. Unauthorized returns (w/o claims) will not be accepted.
• Return shipping is paid by the merchant.
• Refund will be issued once returned items are received.


12. Misc.
• We do not ship international orders at this time.
• Barcodes on merchandise are used for inventory management purposes only and
should not be misinterpreted as UPC codes.
